fantastic stay!
spacious room clean room comfortable bed friendly staff
the room was spacious and really clean. the bed was comfortable. espa toiletries were provided, a lovely touch i found. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially with directions to nearby attractions.
the gym was quite busy during peak hours. i would have liked more availability of equipment during those times.

Our room included an abundance of sockets and usb points. It was convenient for charging multiple devices. the room was always well cleaned each day of our stay. there was also an iron provided within the room.

excellent stay
friendly staff spacious room comfy bedding
The reception staff were friendly and happy to help. the room was big and spacious with hot drink facilities including hot chocolate. the shower had decent pressure and the bedding was comfy. i ordered room service at 11 pm. It arrived within 20 minutes and the food was fantastic and well-priced.

convenient location spacious room friendly staff
the location was very convenient for attending an event at the nec (it's right there!). the room was spacious and included a coffee machine. i found the staff to be friendly and ready to help at all times.

perfect location hotel parking quiet room
The location was PERFECT!!! I visited the bp Pulse live venue. Parking underneath the hotel worked GREAT. Even though the hotel was busy, the room was quiet.

clean room stocked minibar nice shower
I stayed in a really clean Signature Double room. The minibar was restocked every day (I drank all the water). The shower room was a good size with nice shower (especially after a long day!).
The carpet had some stains.

Excellent NEC Proximity and Amenities
direct lift good selection
I liked the direct lift access to the shops, restaurants, and casino. This feature eliminated the need to go outside, especially convenient during inclement weather. The breakfast offered a good selection with plenty of choices, and the bed provided a very comfortable night's sleep.
The double lock on the inside of the entry door did not work properly. I was unable to secure the door using this feature, despite confirming its operation with the reception staff. The plug in the washbasin also failed to maintain water.

The breakfast had a wide selection of items. I found plenty of appealing options. Skylar provided an amazing view for dining, which enhanced the overall experience. The food quality was commendable.

My room was notably spacious and clean, with a comfortable setting. The room featured beautiful views, and all the amenities were of five star standard. Staff ensured that the room remained in pristine condition throughout my stay.
