fantastic stay!

the room was spacious and really clean. the bed was comfortable. espa toiletries were provided, a lovely touch i found. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially with directions to nearby attractions.
the gym was quite busy during peak hours. i would have liked more availability of equipment during those times.

The reception staff were friendly and happy to help. the room was big and spacious with hot drink facilities including hot chocolate. the shower had decent pressure and the bedding was comfy. i ordered room service at 11 pm. It arrived within 20 minutes and the food was fantastic and well-priced.

I stayed in a really clean Signature Double room. The minibar was restocked every day (I drank all the water). The shower room was a good size with nice shower (especially after a long day!).
The carpet had some stains.

Excellent NEC Proximity and Amenities

This feature eliminated the need to go outside, especially convenient during inclement weather. The breakfast offered a good selection with plenty of choices, and the bed provided a very comfortable night's sleep.
The double lock on the inside of the entry door did not work properly. I was unable to secure the door using this feature, despite confirming its operation with the reception staff. The plug in the washbasin also failed to maintain water.

The breakfast had a wide selection of items. I found plenty of appealing options. Skylar provided an amazing view for dining, which enhanced the overall experience. The food quality was commendable.
